Westie Fest 2010! Westie Fest was a HUGE success with over 135 people and their dogs attending the day-long event held this past June 19th in Nekoosa WI. We raised over $7,100.00 for our general vet fund! Photo links will be listed soon! A HUGE thanks to everyone who donated items for our general sales or Silent auction table! We would like to recognize the efforts of Tom and Julie Risen for the great picnic food and for handling the rsvp's and Westie fest registration. We are so grateful for the efforts of Loren Frank, Connie and Amy Wolfgram, Pat Hoppe, jennifer Ipsen, Bonnie Ferk, Tom and Kris Thommesen, Lana and Tom Olson for their set up/clean up help and all of the other stuff you just did because it needed to be done! We wish to also thank Jen Dolan for her artistic talents with the Westie drawings, Lynn Sawyer for her MANY talents and planning efforts for these events, and most especially Carol and Cheryl Cutsforth for taking care of all of the big stuff (running the raffle, the silent auction and general sales duties) and all of the little stuff (supplies, bake sale goodies, you name it, they did it) that pulled Westie Fest together! We would also like to thank the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Minnesota Twins and Chicago Cubs for their donations to our raffle or Silent Auction held at Westie Fest 2010!
